All-Star Program Overview

Join the Blue Star Mailing List!

We love the game, we love to teach the game.

At Blue Star Lacrosse, we believe in using lacrosse to build character, work ethic and teach life-long lessons. At Blue Star, we aim to develop great young lacrosse players and great young men.  We want our players to be equipped to play at the highest levels of lacrosse and also to be able to overcome any obstacles and adversity they face in life. At the youth level, we do not worry about "winning", rather we believe in teaching and creating the best players/teams possible. Through doing this, the winning will take care of itself.

While we are teachers of the game, our strong suit and also a competitive advantage is college placement. We pride ourselves on helping families navigate the recruiting process as their sons travel through it. With hundreds of players placed previously, our staff will work to ensure that all players find a great college match.

Youth Program Overview (3rd-5th Grade)

Teams will have a "home base" and practice out of one of four locations - Basking Ridge, Princeton, Westfield or Mt. Laurel.

The youth program will be divided into three local, geographically-based teams to allow younger players to enjoy becoming a part of Blue Star. There will be youth teams based out of Princeton, Basking Ridge, Westfield and Mt. Laurel at each grade level. We have broken the teams up geographically with an emphasis on convenience for our families. At this age, building fundamentals and a passion for the game is paramount.

Commitment

Limited mandatory commitment to allow kids to play other sports year round! The only mandatory commitment is the summer season. We also keep driving distances to a minimum to keep it convenient to our parents.
