Kelsey Parcelluzzi- Director

Kelsey (Withrow) Parcelluzzi has served on the Montclair State University Women’s Lacrosse coaching staff for the last 16 seasons.

During Kelsey’s time at Montclair State, she has helped coach the program to a 159-81 record. Montclair State has earned coaching staff of the year 8 times since Kelsey joined the staff and has coached her athletes to 105 All Conference selections including 7 Conference player of the year honors, 7 Rookie of the years, 2 Conference Defensive player of the year and 2 Conference Goalie of the year honors.

Parcelluzzi came to MSU from Mount St. Mary's University in Emmitsburg, MD where she was a standout defender from 2002-2006.

In addition, Parcelluzzi has also worked as a clinician in various camps, including the Rutgers Women's Lacrosse Camp and Rapid Fire Summer Camp and has been a certified girls lacrosse official since 2009. Parcelluzzi graduated from The Mount in May 2006 earning her degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology.

The all-time winningest coach in Montclair State University history, Parcelluzzi has compiled an outstanding record of 170-85, a .667 winning percentage. She has led the Red Hawks to seven conference championships, six NCAA Division III Tournament appearances and has coached all seven of Montclair State’s All-American selections.

A four-year letterwinner on the Rutgers women’s lacrosse team, she helped the Scarlet Knights to its first NCAA tournament appearance in her senior campaign (1999). That year, Parcelluzzi was named to the Mid-Atlantic Regional first team All-America and Most Valuable Player and participated in the annual North/South game.
