Patriot Play Day

Our 2025, 2026, and 2027 White teams traveled to Delbarton to take on Patriot on a cold and rainy Sunday; where it was very apparent that November had finally arrived.

2025 White

The 2025 White team had their strongest showing of the Fall, as the team truly came together and played their most complete game to date. While the scoreboard was not in their favor, the team hung in every step of the way, with timely goals, and a ton of smart plays and intense effort on the defensive side of the field. Rafferty Harris once again had a strong showing at the Faceoff X, and Luke Donahue was a force between the pipes. Owen Dillon opened the scoring with a really nice right-to-right split dodge and a hard, well-placed shot. Jack O'Brien also impressed with his high motor and hustle plays on the defensive side.

2026 White

Blue Star 2026's had a great day up at the Delbarton School in their scrimmage vs Patriot. The team learned a lot as they competed, and continued working hard to build a strong team foundation. It is this foundation that will lend itself to future success. Liam Butler did a great job at the face-off X, scrapping for wins and contesting every loose ball.

2027 White

The 2027's braved the worst of the weather at Delbarton, and played extremely hard despite missing some of their usual contributors. The team was led by impressive defense by Brady Shim, incredibly energetic play between the lines by Nate Damashek and AJ Hanuscin, and reliable offensive play by Drew Samaan and Sam Cohen.

NXT Delaware

2023

The rain was just as rampant for our other event on Sunday, as our 2023's traveled to Kirkwood Soccer Complex to compete at NXT Delaware. After a tough opening game against NXT, the team had a fire lit under them by Coaches Dan and Dean Lamela, which led to a much stronger showing and a hard-fought one-goal win against True Baltimore. The day ended in a mud bowl game against STEPS, as rain took over and left ankle deep standing water in parts of the field. Despite the conditions, the team played very hard and got great contributions from Joe Vricella on attack, Jack McCue in the midfield, and Remy Blank and Eddy Sadowski on the defensive end.

Team 11/Predators Play Day

2024 White

The 24's hosted a tri-scrimmage with AA teams Predators, from Yorktown, NY, and Team 11, from Philadelphia. Fighting off the weather, the teams all battled to 1 goal games. Brody Muly and William Madden lead the offense with strong dodging and shooting. Colin Inman had a strong showing at the face-off X while goalie Brendan Coyle led the defense. The 24's have the making of something special and will be at True Recruiting Cup this Sunday.
