Current Vermont Assistant Coach, Team USA Player, and PLL Champion Whipsnakes Player, Jake Bernhardt takes us through two shooting drills focusing on generating more power when shooting the ball. First, we focus on isolating the upper body and extending our arms. Then, we get our legs involved to maximize each shot. When used together, these two drills are sure to help you become a goalie's worst fear when you step in to shoot the ball.
Now you have the tools to develop a hand cannon and put everything you have behind every shot you take! Be sure to take your time when you're performing these drills; you want to put maximum effort into each and every repetition!
