If I had my choice, I would have every player under the age of 12 play box lacrosse exclusively or at least a majority of the time .

Why Blue Star Box?

Blue Star Lacrosse is a leader in Box Lacrosse in the United States. We are dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of box lacrosse in order to maximize the potential of field lacrosse players. We take the unique approach of providing instruction from Canadian players and coaches who are native to the game, and mix it in with our own teachings and years of experience in the space. We believe that the most important part of the box program is learning in a safe environment! At the end of the day, the box program is still the offseason and we want it to be as safe as possible for our athletes while still challenging them.
