COMPETE THIS SPRING

The ninth annual Mid-Atlantic Spring League pits the top clubs from New Jersey and Pennsylvania against each other in a battle royal. In 2023, 82 teams from the Mid-Atlantic region competed for the cup. Playoffs and championships will crown a definitive champion!

Gameplay

• AA and A divisions
• 12-minute running quarters with 1 minute between quarters and a 3-minute halftime
• Modified US Lacrosse rules
• All teams are scheduled to play 8 games (6 regular season - 2 consolation/playoff games)
• Teams will play their 8 games over 4 weekends (No games on Easter)
• Games will be held on Sunday
• Certified referees

• Blue Star 2029 White - 2029 AA
• Blue Star 2029 Blue - 2029 A
• Blue Star 2030 Navy - 2030 A
