While we are hoping for a smooth day of games we have to prepare for anything. 
In the event there is any change/delay in schedule due to lightning, the first place it will be updated is TOURNEY MACHINE.

Please look at the picture attached as many people miss it on TM.

As an FYI, the facility has a radar system and lightning detected near by will create 15 minute stoppages.  In the event this happens, you will hear horns and need to help get everyone to cars.  We will do everything we can to get in as much playing time as possible.

Please share this with your teams so the parents can stay on it as well, it is the best and most efficient way for us to communicate in real time.  They just need to tap the little notepad in the top left corner to see any messages from the event staff.
