What an Incredible Weekend of Lax!

Blue Star hosted its first ever overnight lacrosse camp this past weekend at the Hun School in Princeton, NJ.  With over 80 campers in attendance, it was an action-packed weekend! The boys played an insane amount of lacrosse, mixed in some spike ball, and didn't want to leave!  Despite some of the hottest temperatures of the summer, the boys stayed cool with lots of water breaks, water balloon fights and slip 'n slides. As far as the learning went, the coaches never stopped teaching the boys how to be the best lacrosse players they can! Morning sessions had a high focus on teaching proper fundamentals and mechanics, the afternoon session was focused on odd-man situations and then the evening session (after dinner) was all games! In the evenings the boys could hang out in the dorms and watch movies, hang with the counselors and run around. We were sad to see them go but we can't wait for next year!!! Thanks to all the players and families!
